The HPC Platform Engineer will lead the design, build, and maintenance of scalable HPC platforms while enabling analytical capabilities and optimizing workflows for researchers.

The role involves integrating and operating compute infrastructure for data processing and model inference, ensuring reliability and scalability, and collaborating with ML engineers.

Design, deploy, and monitor secure, cost-effective cloud and on-prem infrastructure; build CI/CD pipelines, observability dashboards, secrets and auth layers, and end-to-end testing for large-scale data processing systems.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and AWS cloud infrastructure; automate deployments and testing with scripting and IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform); enforce DevSecOps practices and security frameworks; mentor teams, participate in on-call rotations, and support integration and test of satellite/aerospace systems.

Monitor system dashboards, triage issues, follow runbooks, maintain documentation, support deployments and environment validation, track incidents and action items, and learn cloud, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation under supervision.

Lead enterprise DevOps strategy and a global team to deliver CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration (ECS/EKS), observability, and automation across AWS/Azure. Drive platform improvements, integrate AI tools, present metrics to executives, partner with security and application teams, and recruit and mentor engineering talent to improve delivery velocity and operational resilience.

Design, deploy, and operate secure, highly available cloud and hybrid infrastructure across AWS/Azure. Manage Kubernetes/Docker platforms, automate IaC and CI/CD pipelines, ensure monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery, and partner with security, compliance, and engineering teams to support PHI-sensitive, production-critical systems.

Join the PAWS platform team to design, build, and operate internal developer platforms. Implement and automate AWS Organizations, GitHub Enterprise, Terraform Cloud, and JFrog Artifactory. Write production-quality Python tooling, CI/CD automation, and policy-as-code. Collaborate via pair programming, agile ceremonies, and close partnership with internal developer teams to translate needs into platform capabilities and improvements.

Manage and maintain core IT systems and endpoints, troubleshoot incidents across multiple locations, support cloud migrations and security upgrades, deploy/manage workstations and MDM, administer AD/Entra ID and networking protocols, manage server rooms and enterprise appliances, document changes, automate tasks, and partner with lab teams and vendors to ensure reliable operations.

The Principal Cloud DevSecOps Engineer will design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and security controls while mentoring engineers and collaborating on compliance processes.
