The Staff UX Product Designer will enhance trader engagement, lead design processes, build community hubs, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful user experiences.

Lead evolution and scaling of a cross-platform design system. Create and maintain reusable components, design tokens, and Figma libraries. Collaborate with engineering for Storybook and production implementation, improve accessibility and consistency, support designers, govern system growth, and track adoption and component health.
