Develop and execute color, material, and finish (CMF) concepts and specifications across product categories. Collaborate with industrial design, engineering, product, quality, and manufacturing teams. Work with suppliers and factories (including in China) to develop, evaluate, and qualify materials, finishes, and processes. Review prototypes and production samples for color and finish fidelity, manage CMF library, conduct supplier visits, and research emerging materials and manufacturing technologies.
