Build and grow a high-performing design team across London and Singapore, embed design into product strategy, raise UX/UI quality for complex, data-rich experiences, and drive research-led discovery and validation. Partner closely with product, engineering, and the design systems team to deliver scalable, production-ready developer experiences.

Lead product design for Airwallex Payments, defining design strategy and executing end-to-end UX for global ecommerce, POS, one-click checkout, and risk/compliance workflows. Manage and grow a distributed design team, embed design early in product strategy, raise UX/UI quality for data-rich interfaces, drive research and validation, and integrate with design systems and platform patterns to support cross-product experiences.
