Leads a team of 8–10 experience designers and researchers supporting global employee experiences. Sets UX strategy, builds the research and design practice, champions human-centered and accessible design, guides AI experimentation, strengthens design systems and workflows, and partners across product, technology, and business teams. The role also includes talent development, hiring, stakeholder communication, and delivery of UX assets such as personas, journey maps, prototypes, wireframes, and service blueprints.
