Lead end-to-end UX design and optimization for digital account opening journeys. Drive UX research, rapid prototyping, A/B and NPS-driven improvements, accessibility and design-system standards. Partner with engineering, content and accessibility teams to enable development, perform AEM migrations, and coach junior designers to improve onboarding conversion, mobile completion, and overall customer experience.

Lead DesignOps, design systems governance, and cross-functional orchestration to scale design quality and delivery. Own intake, workflows, stage gates, metrics, and Design System adoption while partnering with Product, Research, Engineering, and Design leadership. Provide hands-on product design on select initiatives, enable teams through documentation and education, and remove operational friction to improve design-to-development parity and consistency.
