Leads Ford’s multidisciplinary Human-Centered Design team and owns strategic experience design direction for a brand domain. Defines design briefs, guides research and prototyping, aligns physical and digital touchpoints, influences product strategy and roadmaps, and oversees multiple projects. Partners across Design, Marketing, Technology, Program Management, CX, and business units to create cohesive, scalable customer experiences. Fosters design culture, communicates recommendations to executives, and develops high-quality solutions aligned with user and business needs.

Creates and advances Class A surface and geometry for Ford vehicle road wheels and components. Translates sketches into 3D math, integrates technical and engineering requirements, preserves design intent, leads surface reviews, resolves surface data issues, and delivers feasible math surfaces aligned with program milestones. Collaborates with creative design, engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders throughout the design development process.

Designs and specifies color, material, and finish solutions for Ford vehicle interiors and exteriors. Develops CMF concepts, presentations, samples, and design strategies; collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure feasibility and implementation. Conducts trend research, develops color strategies, supports program timing, and integrates innovative materials, technologies, and generative AI into automotive design. Automotive CMF experience and a professional portfolio are required.

Develop conceptual and production automotive lighting designs through sketches, renderings, and 3D digital models. Create human-centered exterior lighting experiences, translate customer needs and trends into design visions, coordinate design personnel, and collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide technical aesthetic leadership, solve mobility and connectivity problems, and communicate designs visually to support advanced and production vehicle programs.

Develop conceptual and production-ready exterior or interior automotive designs through sketches, renderings, and 3D digital models. Create future-focused design visions, solve mobility and connectivity challenges, coordinate design personnel, and collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and other partners. Present design concepts to executive audiences while applying strong visual communication, aesthetic judgment, material knowledge, and understanding of automotive manufacturing processes.

Supports multidisciplinary industrial and transportation design projects from research and concepting through prototyping, visualization, and presentation. Collaborates with engineering, planning, and research teams to develop physical, digital, and service experiences. Builds sketching, modeling, systems thinking, workshop facilitation, storytelling, and low-fidelity prototyping skills while translating customer insights into feasible product concepts.

Leads automotive Class A surface development, quality, and compatibility across vehicle programs. Integrates engineering and program requirements while preserving design intent, manages coordinated surface databases and changes, resolves data issues, supports milestone progression, and mentors surface designers. Collaborates with design, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers throughout development and verification.

Designs AI-driven analytics products and service experiences from research through high-fidelity prototypes and implementation. Responsibilities include user research, service blueprints, data visualization, AI-agent workflows, interactive prototyping, multimedia storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data science, and business teams. The role requires translating complex systems into intuitive experiences, integrating AI agents and data sources, and iterating designs using usage data and customer feedback.

Translates creative design intent into technical execution for real-time 3D digital experiences. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing a 3D Digital Twin framework, resolving technical bottlenecks, documenting pipelines and standards, improving prototyping workflows, and adapting 3D asset pipelines across in-vehicle and mobile platforms. The role collaborates with creative, engineering, product, and leadership teams while supporting asset preparation, rigging, scripting, procedural workflows, and interactive motion design.

Develop conceptual and production-ready interior and component designs for advanced and production automotive projects. Create sketches, renderings, and 3D digital models while applying human-centered design principles. Collaborate with designers and internal and external partners to create innovative, brand-focused physical and digital experiences. Translate customer needs, mobility trends, and consumer insights into compelling design solutions, coordinating design work to achieve holistic vehicle interior visions.
