Lead product design vision for New Relic’s infrastructure observability experiences. Design complex telemetry dashboards and fail-safe workflows for cloud, Kubernetes, hosts, networks, and databases. Conduct research with SREs and platform engineers, develop AI-assisted diagnostic experiences, establish design-system standards, mentor designers, and partner with senior product and engineering leaders. The role requires connecting design initiatives to adoption, revenue, and other measurable business outcomes across distributed teams.

Own complex, ambiguous product design problems across the UX Platform from framing through execution. Design coherent AI-native experiences, evolve AI-assisted design workflows, establish documentation and design standards, and strengthen the connection between product design and the design system. Partner with Product and Engineering, deputize for the Design Director, influence strategy, mentor designers, and raise the organization’s craft and quality bar.
