Defines UX architecture, design-system conventions, and integrated interaction patterns; oversees products and manages and mentors designers. Partners with product, engineering, research, and content teams to shape strategy, roadmaps, user journeys, prototypes, and detailed designs. Champions UX craft, accessibility, scalable content-rich systems, AI-native experiences, and evidence-based iteration.

Leads the Security and Risk Workflows UX Research team in India, owning research strategy, roadmaps, quality standards, customer engagement, and product influence. Builds and mentors high-performing researchers, partners with product, design, engineering, and research operations, and translates evidence into product and business decisions. Serves as India research site lead, represents the organization globally, advances AI-enabled research practices, and fosters an inclusive, psychologically safe culture.

Lead product design strategy for ServiceNow’s AI-native Sales CRM across quoting, configuration, pricing, fulfillment, renewal, and expansion. Own end-to-end design for complex CPQ workflows, conversational and agentic interfaces, and LLM-integrated experiences. Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leaders, prototype in Figma and code, maintain high visual and interaction standards, and influence product direction through strong communication and strategic thinking.

Lead large cross-product initiatives within ServiceNow’s Security Design team, creating AI-native product experiences, cohesive security workflows, and end-to-end user journeys. Provide strategic design direction across multidisciplinary teams, develop high-fidelity product specifications and design frameworks, influence product strategy, and improve design processes. The role focuses on security lifecycle experiences including SOC automation, threat intelligence, exposure management, vulnerability response, and incident response.

Leads motion design strategy and execution for major brand initiatives, campaigns, events, and product launches. Owns projects from brief through delivery, designs and animates hands-on, evolves brand motion systems, and directs internal designers, freelancers, and agencies.
