The Senior Manager, Product Design will lead a team of designers, define strategic vision, champion design excellence, drive operational efficiency, and advocate for design culture while enhancing customer-centricity.

Lead end-to-end user research for enterprise data security products: plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, recruit and moderate participants, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, define personas and metrics, collaborate with product and design, and evaluate/incorporate AI into research workflows to influence product strategy and adoption.

Lead and execute end-to-end product and interaction design for enterprise security and AI products. Produce wireframes, prototypes, visual assets, collaborate with PMs, engineers, and customers, evolve the design system, and raise design quality across the product.
