Conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research, including concept studies, diary studies, usability tests, and surveys. Develop research plans, discussion guides, reports, and video highlights; synthesize findings into actionable insights for design, product, and engineering teams. Collaborate with senior researchers, coordinate participant recruitment and logistics, and conduct occasional on-site B2B customer research in the Chicago area or elsewhere domestically.
