Responsibilities include trend forecasting, mood boards, material sampling, supplier collaboration, CMF specifications, design reviews, prototype validation, and production sign-off. The role also mentors junior designers, manages the CMF materials library, and serves as a subject-matter expert on materials, color theory, and manufacturing technologies while influencing senior stakeholders.

Leads SharkNinja’s global Floor Care Front End Innovation team, developing breakthrough concepts across corded, cordless, handheld, and wet-dry floor care platforms. Oversees industrial designers and product design engineers, owns the innovation roadmap, drives storytelling and prototyping, and partners with engineering, R&D, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing. Applies deep floor care technology, consumer insight, materials, and high-volume manufacturing expertise to create commercially viable products.

Leads the strategic direction and execution of UX and UI for hardware products. Builds and mentors a high-performing UX team, drives human-centered design, oversees end-to-end deliverables, establishes hardware UX patterns, and partners with Industrial Design, Product Development, Engineering, and other stakeholders. Owns design language, CMF, ergonomics, organizational structure, hiring, budgets, critique standards, agency partnerships, and AI-enabled design tools. Partners with executive leaders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand to shape funded product roadmaps and commercial outcomes. Represents the company’s design externally while ensuring products move successfully from concept through mass production.

Lead Shark Home’s global creative and design direction across packaging, product identity, DTC, Amazon, retail, video, and social. Define product identities and scalable visual systems, shape positioning upstream with product and insights teams, develop campaign platforms, and maintain high craft standards. Manage and mentor designers while remaining hands-on, use AI tools to accelerate creative exploration, and present direction to senior stakeholders.

Develops visual concepts and creative blueprints for campaigns, including moodboards, style guides, pre-production decks, storyboards, set and wardrobe direction, and social-first visual systems. Partners with creative, production, design, motion, editing, and external teams to execute product, paid media, retail, photography, and social content.
