Lead Product Design, UX Research, and Content Design to define UX strategy, standards, and operating model. Build and coach a high-performing team, embed research-informed decision-making, evolve UX for AI-driven product development, drive design systems and research infrastructure, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to influence product strategy and quality at scale.
