Own product vision, discovery, ideation, testing, interaction and visual design, prototyping, implementation, and design-system contributions. Partner with product, engineering, analytics, risk, and compliance teams to design measurable experiments and trustworthy financial workflows, including errors and recovery states. Conduct research, influence roadmaps, maintain high craft standards, and model effective AI use in design and prototyping.

Lead consumer product design for a financial technology vertical, setting vision, aligning multiple teams, and owning end-to-end execution. Design intuitive mobile experiences for financially consequential rent-payment flows, including errors and recovery states. Use research, analytics, experimentation, and prototypes to guide decisions; mentor designers; evolve the Ultraviolet design system; establish AI-assisted design practices; and partner with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.

Lead design vision and execute end-to-end product design for Flex's most complex consumer initiatives.
