Converts CAD, engineering models, schematics, photographs, and other source data into line art, exploded views, wiring diagrams, system graphics, and publication content. Collaborates with technical writers, engineers, technicians, and customers; applies military and publication standards; performs reviews and validation; manages configuration and graphic archives; and supports structured XML, IETM, service information, and parts-catalog workflows.

Leads beta testing and internal user research programs across vehicles, software, digital experiences, and services. Designs qualitative and quantitative studies, analyzes findings, synthesizes customer insights, and presents actionable recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Manages research suppliers, budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects while coaching analysts and promoting consistent, high-impact research practices.

Leads enterprise strategy for interior vehicle component experiences across programs, brands, studios, and regions. Defines design vision for cockpit and cabin touchpoints, aligning physical and digital interactions with customer needs, brand direction, usability, engineering, manufacturing, cost, and quality. Influences senior stakeholders, establishes priorities and KPIs, leads complex cross-functional initiatives, develops design leaders, and strengthens organizational design capabilities.

Leads enterprise UX strategy across GM’s in-vehicle, app, digital, and connected experiences. Establishes experience architecture, interaction principles, component strategies, reusable patterns, governance, operating models, and execution frameworks. Integrates hardware and software experiences, advises senior leadership, drives strategic initiatives and KPIs, influences product direction, and develops UX leaders across complex programs and brands.

Lead creation of next-generation in-vehicle UX through concept visualization, motion and 3D work, design systems, and prototypes. Produce high-fidelity visuals, stories, and interactive prototypes; iterate on interaction models; collaborate with engineering, product, and suppliers to influence product decisions.
