Designs intuitive web and interactive intelligence products using UI/UX principles, wireframes, storyboards, graphics, and front-end technologies. Collaborates with analysts and multidisciplinary teams, establishes design standards, translates complex data into effective visual solutions, and briefs leaders and customers on digital products. Requires proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, modern frameworks, Adobe Creative Cloud, SQL concepts, and multimedia design.

Lead end-to-end human-centered design and UX activities for mission-critical defense software, including user research, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, design-system governance, accessibility, and compliance. Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and DevSecOps teams in SAFe Agile environments. Maintain traceable design documentation, mentor designers, present findings to stakeholders, remove design impediments, and drive continuous improvement while meeting MIL-STD-1472 and Section 508 standards.

Produce web, graphic, and multimedia design assets and branded templates that maintain visual identity across channels. Ensure all designs comply with branding guidelines and support government customer requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver consistent visual communications.
