Own customer relationships and independently design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using Outset’s AI platform. Translate research data into actionable insights, lead customer meetings, onboardings, and training, and create research content and enablement materials. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to convert customer feedback into business and product impact.

Design end-to-end product experiences for an AI-native research platform: wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, user research, and code prototypes. Collaborate closely with product and engineering, ship front-to-back prototypes, and contribute to an accessible design system while working onsite in San Francisco.
