The Learning Experience Designer will create innovative learning programs that lead to observable behavior change, conduct performance consulting, and develop learning experiences aligned with organizational standards. The role focuses on both online and in-person learning while utilizing data for ongoing program enhancement. The designer will also craft various instructional artefacts and support establishing content standards and design processes.
