Leads the creation and implementation of an enterprise Quality Management System for title insurance operations. Responsibilities include developing quality metrics and composite scores, quantifying poor-quality costs, driving process improvements, establishing governance and executive reporting, building a maturity roadmap, automating data collection with technology teams, and securing cross-functional leadership alignment.

Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote role requiring travel across the United States and Canada.

Own Kaseya’s global supply chain and procurement strategy, including planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory, warehousing, vendor governance, and cost optimization. Build the Procurement function from the ground up, lead strategic negotiations, establish spend controls and risk frameworks, oversee ERP and procurement-system implementations, develop executive dashboards, and hire and lead a global organization. Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Success while reporting to the CFO.

Prepare and submit commercial insurance filings to U.S. state insurance departments. Manage filings in SERFF, FilingRamp, iFile, and state systems; interpret regulations; maintain form libraries and filing records; track approvals, objections, and effective dates; draft regulator responses; and coordinate with actuarial, underwriting, legal, compliance, and product teams. Help develop standardized filing processes and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Own strategic relationships, business outcomes, renewals, upsells, and long-term growth for enterprise SaaS clients. Lead executive engagement, success planning, roadmap development, AI-informed marketing strategy, escalations, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as the senior client advocate while Solutions teams manage technical execution. The role requires frequent in-person client visits in New York City.

Supports the full employee lifecycle through HR administration, employee and manager support, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, reporting, compliance documentation, engagement initiatives, performance and compensation processes, policy administration, and HR projects. Independently manages recurring processes, coordinates stakeholders and deadlines, resolves routine HR questions, identifies issues for escalation, and improves HR workflows and employee experiences.

Supports enterprise mainframe ISV software through installation, upgrades, testing, configuration, customization, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance. Handles incidents, changes, problem resolution, on-call support, vendor communication, and technical projects. Requires strong z/OS systems programming expertise, including SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL, USS, security, and related infrastructure. Provides technical assistance and resolves moderately complex software and systems issues.

Own the end-to-end community experience for MasterClass Executive and Certificates cohorts, including onboarding, engagement, alumni programming, learner support, and retention. Develop community strategy, rituals, playbooks, platforms, automations, and AI-enabled workflows. Manage multiple cohorts, facilitate discussions, support learner leaders and mentors, partner on events, and use engagement insights to improve the learner experience. Requires flexibility for live programming and travel to in-person experiences.

Own the architecture and hands-on implementation of an enterprise Windows endpoint platform using Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include device provisioning, configuration and compliance policies, application packaging, remediation, performance baselines, driver management, documentation, and support-team training. The role also builds SharePoint Online solutions, Power Automate workflows, and Microsoft Forms integrations for business processes, while partnering with security, quality, and business stakeholders in a regulated biotech environment.
