Lead the design and implementation of core Temporal server features across distributed systems, workflow execution, scheduling, persistence, visibility, and performance. Set technical direction, make reliability and operability improvements, partner cross-functionally, review designs and code, mentor engineers, and support open-source usability. Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Revenue teams to increase platform usage, integration depth, and customer value. Occasional travel supports strategic accounts and key kickoffs.
