Data Science Manager responsible for driving analytics and AI-enabled solutions in the Supply Chain & Manufacturing space. Engages with clients, leads projects, recruits team members, and provides thought leadership.

Play a key role in development of data science capabilities for solving problems in the life sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SC&M) space and development of offerings that create scale and advance our analytic platform. Drive parallel SC&M AI programs through effective large-scale project management. Engage with senior client leaders to deliver value through transformative solutions. Contribute to new business opportunities. Drive business and strategy development through project delivery and client relationship management. Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members. Recruit new team members as needed. Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions. Establish or maintain ongoing client relationships with key decision makers that drive new business development. Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas. Support development of firm capabilities and offerings (recruitment, training, internal initiatives).
