Lead end-to-end design and delivery of analytics solutions that extend the Aladdin platform. Build end-to-end analytical applications using Python, databases and AI; prototype solutions, partner with product and tech teams, influence senior stakeholders, mentor peers, and translate investment challenges into scalable tools for portfolio analysis, sales, and client engagement.

Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of data warehouse and reporting solutions for public/private loan, CLO and credit trading desks. Collaborate with portfolio management, operations and finance, manage offshore teams, integrate vendor products, build monitoring tools, and enhance dashboards and data access using Microsoft BI and data platform technologies.

Build and maintain BI reporting and analytics solutions for Public & Private Loan, CLO and credit trading desks. Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes, clean data, capture requirements (BRDs/FRDs), translate into technical BI specs, and deliver dashboards. Support ad-hoc data requests, collaborate with offshore teams, and continuously improve data access and dashboard capabilities.

Lead creation and maintenance of security and reference data across multiple asset classes, reconcile vendor feeds to internal warehouse, analyze credit agreements, resolve data discrepancies, liaise daily with vendors, risk, technology and front office, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements for the security master and related systems.
