Lead retail analytics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities, build strategic recommendations (store footprint, pricing, omnichannel), conduct market/competitive research, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver executive-ready analyses and frameworks to inform retail and digital strategy.

Build analytical infrastructure and measurement frameworks for new growth channels. Evaluate performance across channels, design AI-powered automations and tools, maintain BigQuery semantic layer, build dashboards and self-service analytics, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Business to deploy end-to-end data solutions.

The Product Analyst will analyze user behavior, define KPIs, lead A/B tests, and develop dashboards to improve eCommerce performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
