Senior technical leader responsible for architecting and building enterprise automation, data pipelines, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. Hands-on coding (Python, SQL), delivering AI-enabled production solutions, governing platform security and ALM, and leading best practices and CoE guidance to accelerate business automation and analytics across the firm.

Serve as the analytics bridge between marketing/operations and data teams: translate business questions and KPIs into clear product requirements, own delivery of treated tables, semantic layers, reports and dashboards, align stakeholders on a single source of truth, run gap analyses, document processes, and ensure delivered data products drive decision-making and adoption.

Build and maintain Azure-based reporting semantic layers and dashboards, translate report specs into production-ready SQL views and aggregates, validate outputs against ERP source data, coordinate with offshore BI engineers, support UAT and post-launch hypercare, and work within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to deploy reporting artifacts.

Bridge enterprise customers' legacy BI to Hightouch by reverse-engineering complex marketing reports, building reusable reporting frameworks, engineering and documenting semantic/context layers, ensuring accurate SQL generation, and training non-technical marketers while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver reliable, idempotent AI-driven analytics.

Lead and mentor data engineering teams to design, build, and govern enterprise data warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses. Architect scalable ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines, drive cloud migrations, enable BI/AI initiatives, and partner with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver analytics and operational reporting.

Build governed gold-layer data models and a single-source metrics layer in Snowflake (dbt); create and optimize dashboards in enterprise BI tools; use AI coding agents and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development; ensure data quality, governance, and consistency; collaborate with data engineering and stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics for internal and client-facing use.

Design and implement scalable Azure-based data architectures and analytics solutions, lead delivery teams, support pre-sales, drive DevOps/CI-CD, mentor junior staff, define data strategy, governance, migrations, and oversee project delivery and backlog management.

Support implementation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of credit and pricing decision strategies. Translate business requirements into implementation specs, run validations and UAT, maintain documentation and controls, fulfill data requests and analyses, and identify automation opportunities using Python, SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.

The AI Patterns Business Analyst will analyze customer engagement data, categorize documentation, and provide weekly updates on customer signals to aid sellers.
