Lead pre-sales technical engagements to design and optimize scalable cloud lakehouse data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks). Provide architecture reviews, ETL/ELT pipeline design, governance and AI-ready data foundations, support services sales, and translate technical tradeoffs into actionable recommendations for engineering and executive stakeholders.

Reverse-engineer the WellSky database to map schemas, produce ERDs and a data dictionary, write complex SQL and Python (Pandas/SQLAlchemy) automation, build scalable reporting, and create SOPs and trainings for non-technical staff while ensuring secure handling of PII/healthcare data.

Design, build, and operate scalable PostgreSQL databases and cloud-native data infrastructure. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize query and server performance, ensure high availability and disaster recovery, improve observability, troubleshoot production issues, guide schema and application design, evaluate database technologies, and mentor junior engineers to support reliable, secure data-driven applications.

Lead and grow an analytics team to deliver measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA, closed-loop), reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights for media clients. Advise clients on measurement strategy, leverage first-party data and predictive modeling, ensure data quality, present findings to senior stakeholders, support new business, and mentor analysts.

Lead pre-sales data engineering engagements to design and implement scalable lakehouse data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks). Advise customers on data strategy, governance, pipelines, AI-ready foundations, migrations, and translate technical solutions into business outcomes while supporting sales and partner enablement.

Designs, implements, and maintains GIS datasets and applications. Performs geospatial data management, programming/scripting, analyses, cartography, and reporting. Supports GIS application deployment, policy and standards, data quality, and responds to internal/external data requests. Collaborates with IT, program staff, and vendors to automate workflows and deliver maps, dashboards, and geospatial tools for watershed planning and infrastructure.

Provide analytical, technical, and administrative support to Gas Distribution Engineering: extract and analyze data with SQL and Python, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, validate and reconcile data, document data sources and business rules, support data quality and process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders. Travel within the service territory and participate in emergency response assignments.
