Implement Tealium tag management and Google Analytics reporting. Gather requirements, convert functional/technical needs into implementations, create dashboards, coordinate with business and IT, and participate in client meetings.

Build and maintain executive and project-level dashboards, standardize and cleanse source data, define reporting conventions and KPIs, perform data quality checks, coordinate with stakeholders, and apply AI/LLM tools to improve reporting workflows and efficiency.

Design, develop, and maintain databases and scalable data pipelines. Build stored procedures, triggers, and ETL processes; perform testing, tuning, security, and data quality work. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, document architecture, review code, and support reporting and integrations to enable restaurant and customer-facing systems.

Build and own Base's finance data platform: replicate ERP (NetSuite) data into a governed warehouse, create a GL reporting cube with dimensions and hierarchies, ensure reconciled correctness, enable Excel/BI/agent interfaces, partner with accounting, and extend reporting for forecasts, assets, and tax equity.

Lead architecture and scaling of the Databricks data warehouse and self-service data platform. Build reusable batch and streaming frameworks, enforce governance, SLOs, lineage, observability, CI/CD, and multi-tenancy. Mentor engineers, run design reviews, and ship documented patterns to enable analytics, data science, and app teams to move quickly without blocking on platform tickets.

Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and services using Python and AWS Lambda. Work with distributed computing frameworks and various data stores (Postgres, S3, Redshift, MongoDB/DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch). Operate in Linux/Unix environments, follow Agile practices, and collaborate via Jira and Confluence. Must hold an active Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Lead and grow the analytics function, manage analysts, partner with business leaders, develop dashboards and KPIs (Tableau/Power BI), oversee data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., Snowflake), ensure data governance, quality, and compliance, and drive data-informed decisions across member growth, lending, deposits, and digital engagement.

Lead ownership of intake and funnel conversion measurement, event taxonomy, tracking validation, and CRO across landing pages, eligibility flows, checkout, and analytics. Build trusted funnel reporting to inform weekly spend decisions, partner with product/engineering/marketing/clinical/legal, design experiments and requirements, and operationalize a durable CRO system.
