Own end-to-end analytics solutions for Vay’s operations and mobility teams, including SQL/dbt data modeling, BI dashboards, alerts, KPI definition, and actionable insights. Improve fleet readiness, maintenance, charging, vehicle positioning, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Partner with operational and product leaders, collaborate with Data Science, and build scalable data foundations using cloud warehouses and modern data tooling.

Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards for the Mortgage Lending Division. Analyze large datasets, identify trends, validate reportable data, and support regulatory reporting such as HMDA and Fair Lending Analysis. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, automate reporting processes, document data definitions, and provide training on reporting tools. The role also supports data dictionaries, exception reporting, and operational improvements.

Conducts healthcare market research and analyzes brand, marketplace, demographic, volume, market share, payer mix, patient transfer, marketing, contact center, web, and financial data. Develops reporting, data extracts, and actionable insights for Houston Methodist leadership and marketing teams. Monitors database integrity, evaluates marketing performance, supports segmented mailings, researches healthcare market trends and competition, and presents findings to internal stakeholders.

Designs, develops, and maintains enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics solutions. Builds DAX measures, dimensional models, KPIs, and row-level security.
