Lead the team responsible for designing, commissioning, operating, and scaling propulsion test infrastructure for spacecraft hardware. Own vacuum facilities, test stands, instrumentation, controls, data quality, safety, capacity, scheduling, budgets, and production acceptance testing. Lead engineers and technicians while partnering with propulsion, systems, software, production, quality, facilities, and leadership teams. Support development, qualification, launch campaigns, and root-cause investigations for propulsion systems.

Lead the architecture, design, integration, servicing, testing, and launch readiness of spacecraft propulsion modules. Manage and develop the propulsion integration team while owning tank sizing, structures, feed systems, interfaces, budgets, manufacturing, hazardous propellant operations, range compliance, and anomaly resolution. Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program management to deliver flight-ready hardware at production scale.

Manage cost reduction and manufacturing improvement projects, including OEE optimization, downtime and scrap reduction, root-cause analysis, process documentation, safety improvements, and production-line commissioning. Develop work instructions, validate process changes, and train employees. Use IIoT, Industry 4.0, downtime tracking, and data analysis tools to improve high-volume manufacturing processes and quality.

Develop and deploy backend services and internal tools automating settlement, funding, and liquidity workflows. Build REST APIs, database migrations, and React components using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes. Collaborate with product and operations teams, maintain production reliability through on-call support, write tested code, and contribute to agentic, event-driven financial automation systems.

Lead the architecture and development of cloud-native backend services for Ripple’s customer onboarding platform. Modernize Salesforce-bound logic into resilient, observable services, build orchestration and data pipelines, design scalable data models, and integrate vendors such as Persona. Partner with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to establish technical direction, improve operational excellence, reduce technical debt, and mentor engineers while supporting onboarding across Ripple’s products.

Design, develop and support cloud applications using Cloud Foundry and Node.js. Apply object-oriented design and SQL (HANA). Work with APIs and eventing, use VS Code.
