As the second engineer, you'll own core real-time voice→intent→action systems, design APIs/services for long-running stateful agent tasks, ship polished user-facing features, and improve reliability, observability, and performance. You will influence product direction and company culture while operating end-to-end from design through production and iteration.

Design, prototype, and validate high-voltage DC power conversion and distribution systems (including 800V-class). Develop gate drivers, protection/sensing, and perform SPICE-based simulation, PCB/layout optimization, and high-power lab testing. Integrate with embedded control platforms and collaborate across thermal, mechanical, and system architecture teams to deliver validated hardware quickly.

Design and review electrical systems for low-, medium-, and high-voltage projects; produce design plans and contract documents; perform on-site inspections; prepare reports, cost estimates, and construction quantity calculations; oversee and review electrical layouts for industrial and municipal clients.

Build scalable backend systems for policy management, real-time decision workflows, agent orchestration, integrations, and observability. Design APIs and data models across relational, NoSQL, and graph stores, implement telemetry/auditability, and operate services in production while collaborating with product and engineering to shape requirements and rollouts.

Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure. Maintain AWS/GCP and Linux systems, Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring (Prometheus/ELK). Automate operations, troubleshoot production issues, run on-call, conduct reviews, and evaluate new technologies to improve availability and performance.

Support process improvement and production efficiency in aerospace manufacturing by collecting and analyzing production data, assisting with time studies and workflow design, implementing lean practices, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating on projects with engineering and operations teams.
