The Python Developer will manage stakeholder relationships, develop projects using Python and web frameworks, and collaborate on cloud technologies while ensuring standards are met and improved.

Design and build automated test systems, electromechanical fixtures, and instrumentation; develop test automation and CI tooling (Python, Rust); own projects end-to-end from requirements through fabrication, software integration, validation, and handoff; collaborate cross-functionally and produce clear documentation while actively using AI coding assistants.

Own end-to-end deployments of Squint’s industrial intelligence platform: write production integrations, custom workflows and data pipelines, embed on factory floors and field sites, troubleshoot legacy systems and spotty connectivity, gather field feedback to shape product, and prove value to frontline users and executives.

Work with customers to design, implement, and optimize quantum control workflows on real hardware. Troubleshoot software and experiment-integration issues, develop and maintain Python-based application code and tools, document best practices, and collaborate with product, R&D, hardware, and software teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Lead design, implementation, and support of scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD/IaC practices. Provide technical leadership, incident response, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement across development teams while ensuring security, cost control, and platform reliability.

Lead design and delivery of reliable, privacy-first full‑stack systems for clinical AI products. Architect reusable frameworks, own end-to-end features (clients to Kotlin/JVM backends), enforce performance and security standards, mentor engineers, and modernize platform tooling including agentic AI developer tools.

Develop, test, and maintain backend services and .NET APIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams; support cloud infrastructure provisioning with Terraform; troubleshoot application and database issues; write and review code; optimize SQL queries; participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD practices to improve reliability and scalability.

Manage and improve the Quality Management System, apply statistical methods and sampling plans, conduct root cause analysis (DMAIC, 8D/5Why), implement CAPA, handle supplier quality and audits, and prepare QA reports to support manufacturing quality performance.

Provide first- and second-level on-site VoIP and network support for DFW clients: troubleshoot SIP trunks, PBX registration, call quality (MOS, jitter, latency, packet loss), routers, switches, and WiFi; run diagnostics (SIP traces, pings, traceroutes); provision phones and SIP configs; manage tickets, meet SLAs, document steps, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Provide pre-sales technical expertise for HPE Aruba and Juniper solutions across switching, routing, wireless, and network security. Partner with account managers to design architectures, build BOMs/quotes, run demos/POCs, enable customers/partners, analyze account performance, maintain product and competitor knowledge, ensure compliance, and support regional sales growth with occasional regional travel.
