Apply AI-powered tooling to automate finance operations while ensuring compliance, security, and reliable handling of sensitive financial data.

Configure, manage, and optimize Algolia search indices for enterprise applications. Implement relevance tuning, faceting, personalization, and query optimization across web and mobile platforms. Monitor search analytics to improve performance, collaborate with product and IT teams, document configurations, and provide training and support.

Maintains HRCU’s networks, servers, operating systems, cloud services, databases, telecommunications, security controls, and end-user technology. Manages Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, patching, backups, disaster recovery systems, performance monitoring, vendor escalations, and IT help requests. Supports compliance and disaster recovery testing while troubleshooting hardware and software. Requires 3–5 years of related experience, an associate degree in IT or a related field, and experience with Azure and virtualized environments.

Lead DevSecOps and platform engineering for a federal modernization program spanning legacy and modern systems. Own CI/CD, zero-downtime releases, infrastructure as code, security automation, observability, reliability, disaster recovery, and legacy-to-modern transition efforts. Lead and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, incident response, and code review. Build AI-enabled engineering workflows within federal security boundaries and partner directly with customers to improve delivery speed, security, and operational performance.

Build and operate platform capabilities for Amazon EKS, including multi-tenancy, namespace governance, workload scaling, ingress and egress controls, and observability. Develop documentation and diagnostics, support versioning and migrations, automate code deployment and testing policies, and improve platform adoption and resource lifecycle management. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver the enterprise information systems roadmap.
