Administer and secure Microsoft identity, endpoint management, device compliance, and corporate infrastructure across hybrid office and lab locations. Manage Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Microsoft 365, MDM, servers, firewalls, VPNs, networks, and wireless systems. Support CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, and ITAR-aligned controls; monitor compliance, remediate drift, document systems, support audits, and lead incident response. Provide escalated end-user support, hardware provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding assistance as needed.

Design and build software-defined networking capabilities across cloud and Kubernetes environments. Develop control planes, APIs, routing, traffic management, segmentation, observability, configuration policies, and failure-recovery systems. Own networking reliability and scalability, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across application and infrastructure boundaries, and guide architectural direction in collaboration with Infrastructure, Security, and product engineering teams.

The Salesforce Developer will design and develop scalable solutions using Apex and LWC, enhance workflows, support integrations, and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize Salesforce functionalities.

Execute battery cell qualification, safety, abuse, environmental, and performance testing using Arbin and Neware equipment. Manage test lab equipment, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts. Prepare test schedules, reports, test plans, SOPs, and inspection records while supporting CAPA, ECO, IQC, and ISO 9001 processes. Collaborate with engineering teams on cell and component testing, maintain safety protocols, identify abnormal cell behavior, and implement process improvements.

Own the architecture and evolution of Crucible, building deployment systems, developer tooling, services, and platform abstractions. Lead technical roadmap development, solve complex deployment challenges, improve production reliability and security, and eliminate recurring operational issues. Provide hands-on technical leadership through system design, coding, code review, documentation, and engineering standards while improving developer productivity, deployment speed, platform adoption, and customer deployment success.

Develop and maintain scalable software, contribute to architecture and code quality, troubleshoot production issues, and support CI/CD practices. Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, tracking sprint metrics, improving predictability, and coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Glastonbury, Connecticut office and occasional after-hours incident support.

Leads engineering discipline, technology, and process activities while balancing cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Supports portfolio planning and long-term strategy, manages hiring and employee development, presents to internal and external audiences, and guides teams in solving complex product and process problems. Applies manufacturing and operational principles while defining technical solutions and leading projects.
