The Senior Vice President of IT Strategy & Innovation leads the company's technology direction, focusing on strategy, innovation, and enterprise architecture while championing AI, data, and interoperability.

Lead Appian solution architecture and hands-on development to design scalable, secure workflow and process automation. Translate business and technical requirements into reusable Appian components, enforce governance and development standards, perform design/code reviews, integrate with enterprise systems, and mentor developers while driving DevOps/CI-CD and performance/security considerations.

Design and implement compiler features and toolchains to compile ML models to a custom energy-efficient processor. Improve performance, debug compiler issues, write tests, work with ML frameworks, and collaborate with hardware and application teams to optimize compilation, placement, and runtime for TinyML applications.

Build and operate Ambrook's platform infrastructure (PostgreSQL, GCP, internal tooling, data systems). Own migrations, observability, security, and developer experience improvements. Create shared frameworks and tooling for internal agentic systems (evals, harnesses, sandboxes), collaborate with stakeholders, and drive platform roadmap and production ownership.

Analyze production work methods to develop labor standards, improve workflow and labor utilization, reduce waste, implement work improvement programs, prepare work-analysis reports, train operators/supervisors, and maintain/update procedures and operations guidelines on the production floor.

Provide technical leadership for large-scale, regulatory financial-services applications: design, develop, modernize, automate, and support enterprise applications; promote Agile/DevOps; ensure quality, reliability, and delivery; mentor engineers; and partner with architects and product managers to meet business requirements.

Lead preparation and verification of regulated lift/escalator designs and issue Design Compliance Declarations under NSW DBP Act. Liaise with design practitioners, certifiers, sales and operations to ensure compliance with BCA and Building Commission NSW. Manage design variations, provide technical subject-matter expertise, support frontline operations, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Design, build, test, and iterate mechatronic systems for a robotic solar-farm factory. Integrate sensors, actuators, motors, hydraulics, robot arms, PLCs, and control systems. Commission and optimize mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces to ensure reliability and safety for factory and field deployments.

Design, analyze, test, and operate in-space propulsion hardware (main and attitude engines, valves, tanks). Lead development, qualification, and acceptance testing, create manufacturing and integration processes, perform flight operations, identify risks and trade studies, and develop automation and test data analysis tools while collaborating across disciplines.

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cloud strategies; optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and security; integrate cloud solutions with existing systems; evaluate emerging cloud technologies; ensure compliance with industry standards; and drive cloud service innovation to improve healthcare delivery.
