Build reports, dashboards, and automated workflows (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) to monitor utilization, staffing, and productivity. Coordinate staffing, prepare recurring and ad-hoc analyses, and translate data into actionable recommendations for practice and firm leadership.

Build, modernize, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations for advertising platforms (DV360, CM360) and internal warehouses. Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and attribution support; manage orchestration (Airflow), Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server environments; support tagging/tracking, automation, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Design and prototype media intelligence solutions using Samba data and external sources. Partner with sales and product to translate customer needs into analytic and product concepts, apply statistical and predictive methods, build interactive dashboards and AI-enabled workflows, validate with customers, and prepare scalable templates for measurement, targeting, planning, and optimization.

Manage and maintain a Microsoft-based data platform (Fabric, Azure SQL, Synapse, Power BI). Build and optimize ingestion pipelines, curate data models, enforce governance and security, implement monitoring and cost controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics, reporting, and continuous improvements.

Lead development of complex data models, datasets, and Tableau dashboards; perform deep analyses of large datasets; present insights to senior leadership; optimize SQL queries and Snowflake-based pipelines; mentor junior BI team members and partner with business units to define KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.

Design and implement enterprise data architecture and ETL solutions using Informatica and Oracle Exadata. Develop data models, data integration pipelines, and performance-tuned SQL. Collaborate with business and technical teams, maintain metadata and data dictionaries, and ensure scalable, high-performance data warehouse solutions.

Build, maintain, and optimize cloud data pipelines and dbt models; design Airflow DAGs; implement dimensional models and BI dashboards; integrate healthcare data with HIPAA-compliant practices; contribute to RAG pipelines and MLOps workflows; review contractor code, monitor data quality, and document designs following governance standards.

Lead development and implementation of Power Platform solutions (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate). Act as Power BI SME covering architecture, data modeling, security (RLS/OLS), workspace management, DAX optimization, and advanced reporting. Build workflows and apps to automate processes, troubleshoot performance and refresh issues, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure scalable, secure deployments aligned with DoD requirements.

Redevelop and integrate multiple database systems to interface with the state ERP, cloud-hosted enterprise asset management, and internal applications. Develop queries, stored procedures, and functions; design reliable databases, create documentation and diagrams, ensure performance and agency requirements, and help establish a data warehouse foundation. Position is onsite.

Analyze and interpret customer and business data using aggregation, statistical analysis, and data mining. Perform ETL: extract, cleanse, standardize customer data from ERP systems and load into Salesforce. Work with clients and project leads to identify analytical requirements and maintain business solutions under general supervision.
