The intern will help clean, organize, model, and visualize data while supporting business lifecycle initiatives and operations optimization. Design and administer enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions (Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric). Owns enterprise data architecture, modeling standards, platform integration, governance, quality, security, and reusable architecture patterns. Partners with executives, engineering, analytics, security, and governance teams to modernize lakehouse, data mesh, streaming, and data product ecosystems. Leads proofs of concept, architecture reviews, platform recommendations, and AI/ML data enablement while mentoring architects and engineers.

Designs and maintains enterprise BI reporting, analytics applications, data marts, warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Airflow, and BI visualization tools. Leads initiatives through architecture, implementation, delivery, and support, while advancing AI adoption across the BI and data development workflow.

Architect and own NinjaTrader’s foundational dbt data-model layer, establish modeling standards, and manage paid-media attribution. Develop AI-driven reporting, data-quality automation, agentic workflows, and self-service knowledge tools. Partner with Data and MarTech teams, prevent pipeline issues, scale models across business units and geographies, and mentor teammates while applying marketing measurement concepts such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

Lead and grow a data engineering team responsible for allocating cloud costs to products and customers. Own reproducible, versioned metric publication for Finance, platform-team cost contracts, coverage onboarding, identity mapping, and cost-to-revenue joins. Drive roadmap delivery across teams, improve cost accuracy and coverage, reduce key-person risk, and use AI tooling to increase engineering productivity.

Lead product-focused analytics for customer-facing interfaces: define and maintain interface metrics, measure design system adoption, run large-scale A/B tests, optimize localization, partner with Product/Design/Engineering, and enable data-driven decision making across teams.

Lead end-to-end COGS and gross margin analysis for hardware and software products, model cost-saving scenarios, answer ambiguous executive questions, partner with data engineering/finance/product, build reliable datasets and analytical frameworks, and present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and secure infrastructure for multimodal synthetic data, AI evaluation, real-time model monitoring, and clinical research data. Responsibilities include data transformation, preprocessing, quality assurance, database management, privacy compliance, interactive dashboards, pipeline documentation, and scientific dissemination.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and finance data models using Snowflake, AWS, dbt Core, Python, and SQL. Develops Medallion architecture data marts, integrates ERP systems, and partners with stakeholders on financial workflows. Implements data governance, RBAC, automated quality testing, observability, documentation, CI/CD, and secure deployments. Monitors Snowflake costs and optimizes queries while supporting Oracle EBS integrations and the migration to Workday.
