Lead cross-functional operational projects from planning through implementation for Beckett. Partner with the Director of Operations to define requirements, build project plans, track milestones, analyze operations, develop dashboards and staffing models, improve processes, implement systems, and drive adoption. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure successful execution of high-priority initiatives.
