Lead and manage the Product Security Organization at MarketAxess, overseeing security for software and hardware products. Develop and execute a product security strategy, conduct security assessments, and integrate secure practices across product development. Manage and mentor security professionals, champion secure coding and vulnerability management, and communicate security risks to executive leadership.
