The Jr. Hardware Technician provides hardware provisioning and testing services, lab management and safety services, test setup design and implementation services, and troubleshooting support for NX. Responsibilities include conducting QC tests, maintaining hardware procedures, analyzing field returned hardware, communicating with vendors, and assisting in the development and maintenance of team services portfolios.

The Network Specialist is responsible for the research, analysis, configuration, development, operation and maintenance of a high performance network infrastructure. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in large networks and knowledge in switches, routers, firewalls, IDS, ISE, web servers, and Linux. The Network Specialist should have strong communication skills, be a team player, and be willing to participate in maintenance and on-call rotations. Knowledge in network automation and industry certifications such as CCNP, CCSP, CCIE, NSE, JNCIP-ENT is a plus.

Provide production support for Openlink Endur platform and related systems in commodities trading. Develop and maintain automation scripts, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with various teams globally.
