Supports Crunchyroll’s enterprise cybersecurity program by investigating security alerts, assisting with incident response, vulnerability management, access reviews, security awareness, documentation, and GRC and privacy initiatives. The role evaluates security tools, tracks operational metrics, improves security processes, partners with technical and business teams, and helps implement security standards and proactive controls across the organization.

Own technical compliance domains and lead audit and certification activities across SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX ITGC, and NIST. Translate requirements into technical controls, coordinate evidence collection, validate controls, track remediation, assess risks, and report compliance metrics. Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and external auditors while improving governance, risk, and compliance tooling through automation and repeatable processes.

Manage monitoring for unauthorized game builds and confidential information leaks, communicate incident status to stakeholders, improve global security programs, automate security operations with scripting, and mentor junior analysts.

Operationalize threat intelligence by managing feeds and IOCs, analyzing adversary TTPs, integrating intelligence into SIEM/EDR/firewalls, automating ingestion via APIs and scripts, supporting TIP deployment and tuning, and producing actionable alerts and reports for security teams.

Evaluates and secures AI tools, SaaS applications, marketing technology platforms, integrations, and third-party plugins. Conducts secure code reviews, SAST/DAST testing, threat modeling, architecture assessments, and vendor risk reviews. Develops AI security standards, reference architectures, policies, and playbooks while partnering with engineering, procurement, legal, marketing, and digital teams. Supports compliance with security and privacy requirements and coordinates risk, compliance, and audit initiatives.

Lead and conduct complex threat investigations for live game services using OSINT, internal tools, and data analysis. Maintain intelligence on emerging threats, produce high-quality investigative reporting, support incident response, and drive automation and tooling to scale workflows and measure program effectiveness.

Supports information security governance, regulatory compliance, and IT audits. Tests IT general controls, coordinates internal and external audit activities, documents evidence, assesses risks and vulnerabilities, monitors policy compliance, tracks remediation, and prepares reports and presentations. The role focuses on SOX, PCI DSS, MICS, ITGC, network security, and IBM i environments while advising business units on security requirements and control improvements.

Provides 24/7 oversight and support for an IT security program, including security technology implementation, monitoring, incident response, access control, vulnerability mitigation, security awareness training, disaster recovery, compliance, documentation, and vendor coordination. Leads security projects, audits system performance, manages patches and upgrades, and supports adherence to PCI DSS, tribal gaming regulations, and security best practices.

Conducts IT audits, SOX control testing, risk assessments, and evaluations of IT general controls, automated business controls, systems, and key reports. Identifies control deficiencies, fraud, compliance issues, and operational risks; develops recommendations and follows up on remediation. Maintains audit documentation, collaborates with external auditors, presents findings to management, and supports audit planning and regulatory compliance.

Supports cybersecurity and attraction system teams by documenting attraction security, installing and patching operating systems, testing PC-based ride and show control systems, troubleshooting hardware and software, creating dashboards, and communicating project status. The intern works onsite with cybersecurity personnel and ride/show control engineers to maintain attraction performance, reliability, and security.
