Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption of the Tufin platform and Guided Success service. Develop and execute adoption plans, monitor customer health and success metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams (TAMs, Professional Services, Support, Sales), handle escalations, support renewals and expansions, and represent customer feedback to Product Management.

Serve as a senior network security domain authority to define network engineer personas and workflows, advise product and AI teams, validate agent behaviors across firewall, cloud/SASE, policy management, compliance, vulnerability management, and troubleshooting, and help build realistic enterprise test scenarios.

Lead definition and go-to-market for a new Tufin security offering: conduct market and customer research, build business case, define packaging, pricing, roadmap, and partner with R&D, sales, and marketing to launch and grow the product.
