Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and guidance for Tufin’s network security policy management solutions. Assess prospective customers’ technical needs, support sales activities, advise clients and partners, provide product training, collaborate with product and engineering teams on requirements, and represent Tufin at events. The role requires technical sales or solutions engineering experience, networking knowledge, scripting familiarity, cloud security aptitude, strong communication skills, and French and English fluency.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption of the Tufin platform and Guided Success service. Develop and execute adoption plans, monitor customer health and success metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams (TAMs, Professional Services, Support, Sales), handle escalations, support renewals and expansions, and represent customer feedback to Product Management.
