Underwrites Cyber and Technology Professional Liability risks by evaluating accounts, setting premiums and policy terms, reviewing financials and loss history, negotiating with brokers, and managing a profitable portfolio. Develops marketing plans, maintains broker relationships, explains specialized services, documents underwriting decisions, and supports product-line initiatives. Provides technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching to other underwriters while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Audits internal cybersecurity control systems through personnel interviews, testwork, results analysis, and communication of audit issues. The co-op participates independently and collaboratively in projects while developing knowledge of cybersecurity practices and their application in the insurance industry.
