Design and build a working ITSAC Automation Agent prototype using workflow orchestration and specialized AI agents. Integrate approved AI tools with source-code, pipeline, and document systems such as GitLab and SharePoint. Implement safeguards including filtering, access controls, logging, and human approval. Test the prototype on R&D pilot solutions and evaluate accuracy, security alignment, effort, and quality. Document the architecture, results, risks, limitations, and future recommendations.

Research and analyze security challenges in AI-driven enterprise environments. Explore topics such as autonomous-agent security guardrails, AI-powered threat detection, identity and authorization, agent monitoring, vulnerability remediation, predictive cybersecurity, and Zero Trust architectures. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry practices, then develop recommendations for secure, governed, and scalable enterprise AI adoption.

Operate and secure customer IP backbone environments across multi-vendor platforms. Provide advanced incident escalation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, threat monitoring, risk assessment, upgrades, optimization, and technical governance. Mentor engineers, coordinate with vendors, develop mitigation strategies and best practices, and produce technical documentation and stakeholder communications.

Supports cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance initiatives across telecommunications products and services. Responsibilities include researching regulations and threats, mapping controls to frameworks, tracking risks and corrective actions, preparing customer assurance materials, analyzing security information, and supporting secure development, vulnerability management, supply-chain risk, Zero Trust, AI security, and incident-readiness activities. The intern will collaborate across teams and complete a project presentation.

Investigate and respond to security incidents, conduct threat hunting, monitor SIEM and endpoint security events, develop detection rules, and secure AWS, Linux, and Kubernetes environments. Provides second-level support and technical operations for enterprise networks and security infrastructure. Investigates incidents, diagnoses problems, maintains routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, DNS, and email security systems, and improves network stability. Requires extensive Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, cloud, routing, firewall, and troubleshooting expertise, plus on-call availability for 24x7 operations.
