Manage and coach a regional Sales Engineering team to qualify and close deals for Datadog Security and observability products. Partner with sales, deliver demos, support technical evaluations/POCs, recruit and onboard SEs, coordinate with product/support, run performance reviews, and drive pre-sale customer success.

Balance people leadership, roadmap and product ownership, hands-on technical contribution, operational reliability at scale, and cross-team alignment to deliver detections, API protections, and AI-assisted features.

Lead and grow a team building Infrastructure-as-Code and secrets security products; own roadmap and delivery; stay hands-on with code review, design decisions, and on-call duties; integrate AI agents into development workflows; coach engineers and keep projects organized as priorities shift.

Design and implement scalable threat detection, investigation, and automated response capabilities for Datadog Cloud SIEM. Research attacker techniques, build high-fidelity detection content across cloud, identity, endpoints, and networks, and improve AI-assisted SOC workflows. Own detection lifecycle from research to deployment, collaborate with Product and Engineering, mentor engineers, and contribute to security research and open-source initiatives.

The Principal Partner Solutions Architect manages high-level technical relationships with federal partners, driving technical initiatives and strategies while ensuring Datadog's alignment with partner needs.

Plan and execute red team operations, build offensive tools, improve efficiency with automation and AI, and collaborate with security teams.
