Lead product security engineering for the Boeing Battlespace Communication System across the full product lifecycle. Drive secure-by-design practices, threat analysis, risk assessments, accreditation efforts, system hardening for Linux/Windows in non-enterprise defence environments, and liaise with internal teams, industry, and Commonwealth stakeholders to implement information security standards and policies.

Develop requirements, test plans, documentation, and collaborate with platform engineers and customers to field hardware/software protections, including cryptography, secure communications, reverse engineering, and FPGA-based mitigations. Must support development through verification and fielding.

Maintain and extend a large native C++ cross-platform codebase for Windows, Linux and iOS while designing and implementing iOS security architecture. Harden native libraries against reverse engineering, build secure interfaces with Unreal Engine, improve CI/CD and build tooling, implement runtime protections, perform static/dynamic analysis and fuzzing, and collaborate across teams to balance security, performance, and maintainability.

Support C2BMC X‑Lab cybersecurity: tune and optimize security tools, create custom dashboards, integrate security products, troubleshoot and manage upgrades/deployments to improve threat detection and system performance. Work is 100% onsite and supports missile defense networks requiring clearance and facility access.

The role involves ensuring compliance with information security regulations, conducting risk assessments, developing training materials, and supporting audits. It requires collaboration with federal agencies and overseeing secure operating systems accreditation.
