Supports the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program with a focus on business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, technology risk, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and third-party risk management. Coordinates resilience exercises, maintains governance documentation, tracks remediation activities, supports technology control implementation, reviews vendor risk assessments and SOC reports, and develops program metrics. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to improve risk management processes and organizational resilience.
