Lead Security Engineering & Operations: develop and execute information security strategy, manage security infrastructure (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection), oversee detection engineering and incident response, manage teams and vendor relationships (MSSP/XDR), collaborate with engineering/DevOps, and maintain security metrics and compliance.
