Manage and maintain identity governance frameworks, administer IAM systems, provision/deprovision accounts, enforce SSO/MFA/conditional access, collaborate with Infosec/compliance for audits, document processes, and improve automation and endpoint security.

Own and drive the CIAM product roadmap and shared platform services, engaging external clients and internal teams to define requirements, prioritize a multi-service backlog, lead new product development, ensure platform reliability, collaborate on architecture with engineering, and measure success across adoption, reliability, and client satisfaction.
