Act as primary technical advisor, optimize modules, integrate Falcon with customer tools, develop scripts using Falcon APIs, assist incident response and forensics, mentor customer teams, and collaborate with Professional Services. Sell and demonstrate CrowdStrikes platform by owning technical conversations, delivering tailored presentations and POVs, managing demos, and collaborating with sales and engineering. Provide expertise across AV/EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, cloud, identity, and AI/ML-based detection while supporting customer evaluations and technical decision-making.

Lead deep-dive Windows sensor performance investigations from triage to shipped fixes. Develop and extend ETW/WPP diagnostic instrumentation, analyze WPA/ETL traces (ETWReader) for bottlenecks and CPU attribution, author performance PRs, and close sensor observability gaps. Interface with customer escalations and drive architectural improvements for Falcon sensor interactions with Windows subsystems.

Design and build scalable backend services and data pipelines for CrowdStrikes Exposure Management platform. Implement microservices in Golang/Python, process high-volume data, perform risk calculations, integrate cloud infrastructure, ensure reliability and monitoring, mentor engineers, and drive architectural improvements and remediation automation.

Perform deep security analysis of endpoint products and sensors: threat modeling, source-code review, exploit-style testing (including kernel components), reproduce/validate bug bounty findings, collaborate with developers to fix vulnerabilities, and build tooling/automation to improve security workflows.

Lead application security for products by performing threat modeling, manual secure code reviews, and penetration testing. Collaborate with engineers to remediate defects, build AppSec automation and tooling, secure cloud/containerized applications, and drive bug-bounty responses to harden platform security.

Own strategy and roadmap for CrowdStrike's Asset Platform, expanding asset coverage, enrichment, and APIs. Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams, engage customers and GTM, track platform health, and drive adoption and data quality across the Falcon ecosystem.

Perform proactive and active threat hunting across government cloud environments, analyze intrusion and malware activity, develop detections, communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders, contribute to threat intelligence and detection engineering, and leverage AI to enhance workflows and decision-making.

Lead planning, deployment, optimization, and operational support of CrowdStrike Falcon's AI/ML detection and response capabilities. Configure/tune models, develop automation playbooks and Falcon API integrations, troubleshoot AI-related issues, support incident response and threat hunting, deliver AI workshops, and collaborate on customer-facing AI collateral. Travel up to 25% required.

Lead technical marketing for Falcon Secure Access by creating demos, labs, workshops, and technical content that translate secure access, browser security, Zero Trust, and AI security capabilities into market-facing messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and competitive differentiation.
