The role of the Customer Success Specialist at Auror is to engage, empower, and excite the community of crimefighters by ensuring retailers and police have great experiences and achieve real crime reduction outcomes from using the platform. Responsibilities include reviewing customer usage, fostering collaboration, resolving support requests, supporting engagement plans, and training users on the value of Auror.
Lead and empower the customer success team at Auror to reduce theft and Organized Retail Crime. Work with key stakeholders to understand priorities and deliver engagement plans. Collaborate with other Customer Success Leads globally and locally. Partner with Retail Partnerships & Sales and Product teams. Foster an inclusive team culture and drive continuous improvements in customer success metrics.
