Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations across EMEA. Translate requirements into implementation plans, orchestrate cross-functional teams and external partners, advise on integrations with ERP/HRIS/accounting systems, troubleshoot integrations, create playbooks, and influence product roadmap to improve implementation outcomes.

Manage and grow enterprise cross-border payment clients by monitoring transactions, resolving issues (pricing, KYC/KYB, monitoring), providing data-driven optimization, collaborating with product/R&D, staying compliant with industry regulations, and driving product/process improvements to uncover new business opportunities.
